Frame and Toplevel widgets

Frames and toplevels are widgets whose major purpose is to act as containers for other widgets. The significant difference between these two widget types is that toplevels are implemented as windows under the control of the window manager - whereas frames can themselves contain or be contained in other frames. Practically, depending on the window manager used, toplevels may have special attributes, such as a window title.
