Rules of Selection and Sorting
To be included to the lists of Arda-at-nowhere the site has to
- be in working condition (up and running)
- offer useful information and material
- have a clear logic structure
The sites are sorted from the most informative to the least.
However, it does not mean that the last site is bad.
Some other criteria are also used. For example, I did not attempt to
collect English Tolkien WWW resources, because Eric Lippert has done
it already.
